It’s been more than 10 business days and I still didn’t get the money back. What can I do?

We reverse charges on our customers’ cards the moment their transactions fail or time out, so rest assured that no money has been taken from your account. Only the authorisations are being placed and canceled as soon as the transactions failed.

Typically, refunds are processed within 10 business days; however, your bank may take longer to lift the charge from your bank statement. Please contact your bank, whether you wish to expedite the process, as, unfortunately, we cannot speed this up.
