If you think someone else has fraudulently made a Münzen account in your name or placed an order using your card, your bank card most likely has been compromised and used by someone else to purchase cryptocurrency through Münzen.

Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are not reversible, so there is no way for us to cancel or refund the transaction.

In order for us to investigate this further, we need you to confirm the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card number used to make the payment. You can share these details by sending us an email to [email protected] with “Fraud” in the subject.

We recommend that you immediately contact your bank and cancel your card.
