Phishing is the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information or data, such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details, by disguising oneself as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. The most common phishing scams involve sending an email that fraudulently claims to be from a legit company (like Münzen). If you’ve received a phishing email, follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to [email protected] with "Fraud" in the subject and attach a screenshot of the received email clearly showing the sender's e-mail address

  2. Delete the suspicious email from your mailbox.

Don’t download any attachments or click any links within the suspicious email.
